Yes: Tolosa-hunt syndrome is a painful ophthalmoplegia (problem moving eye and eye lids) caused by nonspecific inflammation of the cavernous sinus or superior orbital fissure. Parents can have blurred vision, pain with light with the terrible headache. Consistently reduced vision should be immediately evaluated.
