I eat fennel seed. after 1 mnth have eye rash outer part of both eyes. possible photosensitivity? very itchy, painful. spf 60, no help. what to take?

Prob allergy: You probably have developed an allergy. It could be eye makeup, eye lash color, face makeup or even foods etc. Many possibilities. First try it with no make up or if you must have make up use a hypo allergenic brand.

Doubt fennel: Probably not the fennel seeds--but if you have only recently started taking them--stop. If no change, try an antihistamine such as Claritin (loratadine) to see if this helps.
