Spit up: Babies normally will spit up a little when they are burped, if it is proecjtile or excessive see your doctor. To get idea of what is excessive pour 2 oz of water out on a counter top to see what that volume is, . M ost babies will spit up less than 1/2 oz and this is normal. Try burping a little more frequently during feedings.

Babies: Usually it is because the child is eating too fast or getting too much at once into his tummy. Or the way he is sucking is getting him too much air. Your mother or friends who are mothers may be able to help you best.
