Yes : Yes after seven days of treatment with antibiotics, one should no longer be contagious. It is the safest to use protection, condoms, as long as possible so as not to become reinfected.

Chlamydia treatment: It is best to wait a week to resume sex after treatment of chlamydia. However, once both partners have received the drug, sex between them only probably is safe. No other partners, though. Also be aware that azithromycin is good against chlamydia but not perfect: it fails to cure 5% of infections (1 in 20). All persons with chlamydia should be retested 2-3 months later.
