Not sure: The commonly used antibiotics shouldn't interfere with lactation. Ask your doctor about prescribing an ulcer medication called reglan (metoclopramide). This can help increase milk production.

Got uti like symptoms 2 weeks ago . Antibiotics helped but mild symptoms still persistent. Urinalysis shows nothing and ultrasound of the kidneys , abdomen and pelvis is also normal . Left breast ache , back ache and urinary burning. Help please?
