Maybe: It has only been studied and found that one antibiotic called Rifampin diminishes the effect of oral contraceptives. Having said that, all others are considered safe and will not affect their efficacy. Keep in mind that if you are sick and vomiting - that - will often cause a lack of absorption of your oc. Feel better.
