Primary or: Secondary? And then we need to no if there is functional loss and age. Primary tumors are called gliomas. Outlook depends on grade i-iv. Glioblastomas tend to do poorly, with older, unresectable cases with functional losses doing worst. Metastatic disease to brain is much more commn 100k/yr. Docs talk about medians. Let's say there are few people that survive beyond 2 yrs.
