See a physician: Depending on the exam, you should probably have that lump biopsied. Don't delay. Painless lumps can be especially concerning.

Breast lump= MD appt: A breast lump at age 41 could be benign or malignant. The best thing to 'do about it ' is to see a md and have it evaluated.
