Not likely: If your cycles are coming once a month (28 to 30 days) and you bleed for no more than a week, then is would be unlikely that you would conceive on the last day of your period. Sperm can stay alive inside you for up o six days, and still be able to fertilize an egg. So if you ovulate within six days of having sex, you could conceive.
