See a dentist: The only way to keep your teeth is by taking care of them. Number one cause of tooth lose is periodontal disease. See your dentist for proper treatment. Hopefully they can still save your tooth.

Splinting : The best way to not lose teeth is to not let them get to the state where they may fall out. It seems as if it may be too late for that, so depending on how loose the tooth is, and if there is infection, you may be able to have it splinted to stronger teeth.
