When exactly am i suppose to test pregnancy?

After missed period: A pregnancy test from home will likely be positive around the time of the expected period. Tests can sometimes be + as early as 7-10 d after unprotected sex, but more commonly turn positive the week after you expected to get your period. Blood pregnancy tests are somewhat more sensitive than home tests.
