Unhealthy sphenoid: This indicates that the sphenoid sinus does not contain air, as it should. It is showing signs of a chronic abnormality by being opaque or filled with something. This could be a mucocele, mucopyocele, mucus retention cyst, polyp, or chronic mucoperiosteal thickening, to name a few problems. You should see an ENT to evaluate this.
