Lyrica (pregabalin): Lyrics can help with neurogenic pain. Not used mich for cuff problems. Cuff tissue has a poor blood supply. Best to know what tendon is involved and the % it is torn to avoid escalation to a surgical situation.

No.: Lyrica (pregabalin) is used for nerve pain/irritation. An anti-inflammatory medication would be more appropriate.
