I gotta tell you: The person you should be asking this is the doctor who prescribed it, because i cannot give you a rational answer without knowing what you are on Methylprednisolone for. But i can tell you that for most of the things for which you need steroids, alcohol is not good for any of them. And, what does drink wine mean? A glass every couple days (sure), a half liter a day (not).
