Does marijuana have a negative effect on wound healing ?

There are so many chemicals in marijuana and the cannabinoid receptors' roles in the human body are not all calrified yet.

Less likely: Without the nicotine, its action is apparently less detrimental on the wound healing, but may severely affect the compliance of the individual and affect the proper selfcare.
