Pregnant?: If you didn't have sex, you can't be pregnant. However, you supply no information about what happened before this month. Your patient information states unprotected sex. Therefore, i recommend a home pregnancy test followed by a visit to the obgyn. You may have an idea in another week, but the tests will be more reliable. Be prepared to give full information.

Not if u Didnt have : If you really didn't have intercourse (vaginal- penile) then no. Lots of things can cause minor change in expected bleeding pattern. See if your menses don't normalize, if they don't, then see your gyn.
