Always possible!: If you are having irregular or absent cycles, then the first thing that you should consider is pregnancy! take a pregnancy test. If it is negative, then repeat it in about 2 weeks just to be sure. If the test remains negative, then talk with your doctor about "anovulatory cycles". This often requires an exam and labs related to your thyroid, diabetes and pcos.
