More information: You need to supply information about your symptoms, when did they start, have they improved. Are you generally weak or weak on one side, sensory symptoms, bilateral or one side. Any visual loss? Do you have other medical issues? Where and what type of work would put you at risk for heat exhaustion/stroke? Obviously you can't answer all of those questions in a sentence or two, go see your doctor!
