RLS: need med chang?: You should see your prescribing doc for either a med increase or a med change and to rule out lack of total body iron supplies with a simple blood test called a ferritin level. Best of luck to you. I personally know how agonizing this condition can be. I am grateful for treatment.

Many options: Rls meds are many and if pramipexole, or ropirnorole are ineffectual, a Neupro (rotigotine) patch might be useful. Yet, you may have an additional sleep disorder problem such as sleep apnea, and best to get all of this reassessed.
