Neuropathy pain: It sounds like nerve pain, like nerve compression or post shingle pain. It also can be allergic reaction to some agents. Please see a doctor for evaluation.

Many things : Things that come to mind thrombophlebitis of a lateral vein, expansion of the lipoma if it is large and possibly some neuropathic pain from stretching some of your nerves. If the pain does not improve with Ibuprofen or tylenol, (acetaminophen) you should probably see a breast surgeon.
