Have you: Been trying a medicine to reduce stomach acid? Are you using high doses of NSAID drugs like aleve (naproxen) or ibuprfin for pain? These drugs can have side effects of gastritis. I would see if 40 mg Omeprazole helps. Good luck.

See a GI: Your nissen might be not working optimally and you might need to be on something to reduce your acid production. You also need to have a an upper endoscopy to rule out any other problems in this area.

See your doctor: Persistent epigastric pain should be fully evaluated, especially with a history of having a previous nissen procedure. This may best be done by a gastroenterologist. Possible testing may include an endoscopy, an upper GI study and/or a ct scan. It is possible that you are experiencing problems related to your nissen procedure.
