Small meals: Try to eat 6 small meals/ day instead of three big meals, that will help you in several ways, loose weight , which its very important and will also give time to empty your stomach, avoid the fullness, that's the clue. Don't eat at least 4 hours before go to bed, gastrointestinal symptoms can be many things, add also exercise, and if this do not improve yoursymptoms go to your md. I am here for you.
