So does taking out my uterus and cervix cure endometriosis?

Possible: Definitive surgical treatment of endometriosis includes removing the ovaries and tubes in addition to the uterus. The cure rate is about 95% with that surgery. If you keep your ovaries, the cure rate is about 40% with the other 60% requiring additional surgery to remove the ovaries later.
