No: So long as you take no more than 4000mg in 24 hours. It can cause liver damage in high doses. But definitely the safest pain reliever in pregnancy.

Safe: It's known as Acetaminophen in the United States (tylenol (acetaminophen) is the brand name). That's safe for pregnancy but take it at the recommended dosage and make sure you don't have any contraindications yourself, such as liver disease. If not sure, read the package insert, ask the pharmacist or your doctor.
