Why would you spot for a couple days, 1 week before you conceived? what would this spotting be? isn't implantation after you conceived?

Spotting: Not sure how you can tell the day of conception. It's a mystery, so i would not be so sure about the bleeding being 1 week prior to that. Implantation bleeding is after conception. If you did conceive, i really think what happened prior to that really doesn't matter. If you didn't conceive, you would know that by having a regular period. If you did, again, what happened a week before doesn't matte.

Hormone changes: It sounds as if the spotting could be due to hormone changes. You're right, wouldn't be implantation bleeding before you conceived.
