21-35 days: Most women will have changes in their menstrual pattern throughout their lifetime. Normal cycles may vary from every 21-35 days. It is very hard to tell if your cycles are anovulatory or not without hormonal evaluation and timed ultrasound. For now if you are not trying to get pregnant, i would just go for your regular check ups.

Change in cycle: 38 days is still within the normal range. It's 10 days more than in most women, but is still ok. Anovulatory or not - hard to tell. You can do ovulation test closer to the mid cycle and that should tell you. Iud, if hormonal, such as mirena, (levonorgestrel) can alter your cycle.

Unknown. : If your menstrual cycle comes every 38 days on a regular predictable pattern then you might still be ovulating. If the time from one period to another is variable then you may not be ovulating. If you are trying to get pregnant consider using ovulation predictor kits available at any pharmacy.
