Bartholini cyst: Most likely you have bartholini gland cyst a and possibly abscess . There are bartholini cyst that produce mucus on each side of the inner lip of the labia of the virginia . From time to time the could be blocked and mucus can accumulate and give you bump which could be painful . It could also be infected and form pus ( abscess) . Please see your pcp or obygyn. He may lance it or do procedure
