Not sure what it is?: In all my years of practicing as an ob/gyn I have never heard the term "pendulated vagina". If there is any question about vaginal anatomy, an ob/gyn can perform an exam and tell you exactly what is going on. If you have already seen one, then get a second opinion and ask them to explain what is going on better!
