Long periods: I assume your question is about your periods being longer than than expected (9 days long). That's longer than normal. You deserve further work up. Start out with your regular doc for a history and physical exam.

The first thing: To do is see your doc to ensure you do not have anemia. That can cause headaches and fatigue. Consider getting on the pill. This should reduce bleeding and help the pain. You may also have a sleep disturbance. Grinding your teeth at night can also cause headaches and fatigue and may increase with stress ( see sleep related bruxism) gd luc.

Dysmenorrhea: Painful periods can be treated with naproxen. Low dose estrogen bcp are also helpful to make the periods lighter and less painful.
