8-10 am is: Usually highest for people on daytime schedule. Will reverse if you're working nights for a considerable length of time.

8am: Poor sleep may lead to lower testosterone in the long run, but studies of testosterone fluctuations report levels by time of blood draw. I'm not aware of any study that has attempted to adjust for time of awakening. However, testosterone levels are hugely variable throughout the day, and even day to day and month to month. It is much more complicated. See graph by doering et al.
