Albany or syracuse : Great sacandaga lake for vacation near gloversville, ny is wonderful place. You want a surgeon to help with adhesions and you live in new york. The closest places would be albany or syracuse. Get to know your surgeon before you have obstruction that way in the future he/she will be ready to take care of you. Eventually adhesions do get better but it can take a long time.
