Need GI eval: You need a GI evaluation including a colonoscopy. It can be caused by large internal hemorrhoids or by a rectal fissure causing thickening of the internal sphincter. This makes the passageway narrow for the stools and the get turned into french fries. Other possible causes too, so see a GI specialist right away.
