Wait and see: If she waits long enough, and she is pregnant, she will start to show. And, she will feel movement. This will take 4 or 5 months. But, it would be easier to just go buy a hpt and find out now.

Not your concern: Don't argue with people who are not thinking clearly / acting rationally unless they are actually putting their lives or the lives of others in danger. Just be a friend. More is going on here than she wants to say.
