No!: Rubing alcohol will not kill HIV or any other std's such as gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes, syphillis, hepatitis b, or others. To avoid std's use a condom every single time, even w/ oral sex. See a dr if you have been exposed to an std so you can get proper treatment.
