Likely not: Because there's up to 50% more blood circulating in your vessels this late in pregnancy most of the veins under your skin will be a lot more prominent. Sometimes the veins in your hands, or chest or legs can pop out. If the veins in the legs not only pop out but are twice or more as wide as usual you could also have varicose veins, also common in pregnancy.

Normal : Veins can enlarge and shrink for many reasons most commonly levels of hydration, genetics, aging, sun exposure, temperature changes and even skin color being more prominent in fair skinned people. During pregnancy because of hormonal changes, increased blood volume and increased dilation of blood vessels, veins can become more prominent. These are normal findings.
