Clarification: Please let us know more about your bathroom problems so that we can address your question. First off - are we talking about bowel movements? Too often? Not often enough? Runny stool? Hard stool? Pain? Etc. Please clarify & re-ask question. Take care.

Fiber and Water: I'm presuming you are having difficulty with bowel movements. A diet high in fiber (whole grain cereals, vegetables) along with lots of water intake can help keep your stools soft. If you are having difficulty urinating, you should definitely see your doctor as this could be a sign of something more serious.
