A member asked:

Does a butt lift just move the skin and fat, or are the muscle positions moved too?

Skin and fat: There are various kinds of butt lifts, some more aggressive than others, but all involve repositioning the skin, connective tissue, and fat overlying the muscles. Muscles are not disturbed (or shouldn't be).

Butt lift: With brazilian butt lift, fat is transferred to the buttock to reshape it. With a lower body lift, the excess skin and fat is removed. The muscles are not moved in either procedure.
