How can i work for a narcissist?

Dont take personal: Many individuals have to work for difficult people with varying personality traits - i recall an old book titles something like dinosaur brains - learning to work with difficult people at work. It is difficult to change people's personalities, but recognizing it is not personal and what pleases the individual if they are a boss helps. Counseling by an eap psychologist is another suggestion.

Narcissist: You have to accept the fact that you're going to be devalued, looked down on, topped, belittled, objectified, and nothing will ever be good enough, as your self-esteem will be under constant attack. What is also true is the narcissist is as such for reasons that have nothing to do with you, the core of which is terrible self esteem. You'll never know whay, eitherWorking for someone else is optimal
