Constipated?: This is safe to take during pregnancy. I am assuming that you are treating constipation. Better first-line medications would include: 1. Colace 100mg 1-2 times per day 2. Milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide) - 1/2 dose at bedtime talk with your doctor, of course!
