Shoulder Pain: Sounds like you need to have your shoulder looked at by a professional. They will check it's rom (range of motion), strength, and stability. It's possible that they may want to obtain an MRI of the shoulder or may even consider referred pain from another area radiating to the shoulder (ie. Bulging disc and pinched nerve in neck...). Also make sure that your lungs are working fine too.
