What is a white sticky dischare from the bladder?

?infection: Tough to say without an examination and testing, but a vaginal infection is often considered infections until proven other wise. Bladder discharges are only seen in the urine as opposed to vaginal discharges. If you have a discharge when urinating from the bladder, that would need to be evaluated as well.
