What kind of finger splints do you get for broken pinkys?

Depends...: On the severity of the fracture and where the fracture is located. Sometimes "buddy taping" is enough to protect the fracture. In other instances, 30 degrees of flexion and alumifoam are enough. Ulnar gutter casts may be required in more severe cases.
