Sleep: After hitting your head the first question is how severe was the head injury, did you pass out, are you having any physical symptoms, if you are concerned and not sure please call 911 or go to er to rule out head injury related damage or bleed.

Head injury: I agree w dr. Chand. Ou can have a concussion with or without loss of consciousness. Possible symptoms include: headache/ pressure of head, inability to recall what happened, dizziness, decreased coordination, ringing in the ears, confusion, slurred speech, nausea or vomiting & extreme fatigue.
