Depensd: If its soon after then no if after healed yes. Reason after surgery is swelling increase and higher chance of blood clots which can be life threatening.

Only if you grow: Wings! to be serious: it depends on how long the flight is and how soon after the surgery. No one knows you and can answer this better than your ankle surgeon. Please check with him or her and use that as your guideline.
