Sleep and Fan: Ceiling fan is not suitable for everyone, some people feel stuffy, have breathing problems etc, the exact cause is unknown may be distribution of more dust particles in the room.

Is sleeping with the ceiling fan on bad for your health?

Only if dust allergy: House dust can collect on ceiling fans and if they are not kept clean (dusted), they can lead to airborne dust (contains dust mites) and lead to nasal congestion and allergy symptoms during the night and in the morning. If not dust mite allergic, no worries!
