Iris color: You are probably looking at either the variation of iris color which can look a little yellowish at various places (and in your case on the bottom) or you are noticing a deposit called corneal arcus (not in the iris) which is a layering of lipid at the edge of the cornea. Both of these are benign conditions with no functional significance.
