Do all kidney stones show up on kub kidney xray?

No: No, many will not. Ct with kidney stone protocol is much more sensitive. Rarely, certain stones are not seen even with a ct.

No: Very few do. Best assessment for kidney stones is a stone protocol ct scan, followed by renal ultrasound. Read more here: http://www.Conciergeradiologist.Com/ct-scan.Html and here: http://www.Conciergeradiologist.Com/ultrasound-scan.Html.
