Is it possible to conceive on day 14after period and experience implantation bleeding on that day?

No: Bleeding at time of ovulation (and maybe conceiving then) is midcycle bleeding, and is caused by hormone shift that occur at ovulation. Implantation bleeding occurs when the embryo is growing into the wall of the uterus and is at about the time of the missed period, or >14 days after conception.
