Indirectly: Garlic tends to lower body cholesterol and inflammation, thus blood flow to kidneys may improve slightly by keeping arteries to kidneys somewhat cleaner. May also reduce any inflammatory swelling in kidneys as in pyelonephritis. Otherwise, in itself does not dieectly treat kidney disease.
