RLS: Massage of the legs, hot baths, mentally stimulating activity like words find puzzles in the evening, and gettins enough exercise to leg muscles during the day. There are also mutiple medications out there. Avoid stimulant (caffeine and tobacco).

RLS: Can be very dissruptive to sleep and to function. And there are multiple potential causes, such as iron deficiency, but more often, we don't know what causes it. Have your doctor check your iron level, b12, Folic Acid and magnesium and if low, try supplements. Do not use these without knowing you need them. Also, good sleep can lessen RLS as the condition gets worse when you are overly tired.
